AceTheRound is a trading name of ATR Technologies LTD, a UK-based company.

and communications. If you use AceTheRound through an organization, your

organization may have additional privacy terms that apply.

Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, role, authentication details.

  • Usage data: app activity, device/browser information, log data.

  • Content you provide: interview responses, uploads, notes, settings.

  • Payment data: processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card

    details.

  • Support data: messages you send to our team.

How we use data

  • Provide, operate, and improve the platform and AI-driven interviews.

  • Personalize prep flows, track progress, and surface recommendations.

  • Security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and service reliability.

  • Communications about product updates, service notices, and support.

  • Compliance with legal obligations and enforcement of our terms.

AI and voice processing

We use third-party AI providers (including OpenAI Voice) to process voice and

text you submit during practice sessions. Audio may be converted to text for

scoring, feedback, and analytics. We do not use your content to train

third-party foundation models beyond what providers need to deliver the

service. Do not share confidential or sensitive information in practice

sessions.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep the site working and secure. We also use

Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage without persistent

cookies or cross-site tracking.

Optional analytics cookies (including Google Analytics 4), functional, and

marketing categories help us improve the experience. Optional categories remain

off unless you consent, and you can change your preference any time in cookie

settings via the footer link.

Legal bases (UK/EU)

We keep data while your account is active and for a reasonable period

thereafter for backup, audit, and legal purposes. Interview session data may be

retained for analytics and coaching history unless you delete your account or

request removal. Website analytics data is retained for limited periods

configured in our analytics tools and may be aggregated where possible.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or

port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can

withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (for example, marketing

emails). To exercise rights, contact privacy@acetheround.com. You may also

complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

AceTheRound is not directed to children under 18. Do not use the service if you

are under this age threshold.

Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the

risk. No system is 100% secure.

Updates to this notice

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post changes here and update the

effective date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app.
