Terms of Service

By accessing or using AceTheRound you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

These interim Terms will be replaced by final legal-approved terms; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

AceTheRound is a trading name of ATR Technologies LTD, a company established in the United Kingdom serving users worldwide.

You must be at least 16 years old and comply with applicable laws.

Do not share unlawful, infringing, or sensitive content, and do not misuse the service (no reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or service disruption).

You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.

We use third-party AI providers, including OpenAI Voice, to process audio and text for interview simulations.

Audio may be transcribed and analyzed to deliver feedback. Do not submit confidential information in practice sessions.

We do not permit using the service to create unlawful or discriminatory content.

You retain rights to your content. You grant AceTheRound a limited license to use it to operate, improve, and provide the service.

We may aggregate and de-identify data for analytics and performance improvements.

Paid plans renew per the billing cycle shown at checkout unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or legal requirements.

Upon termination, some provisions survive (including limitations of liability, disclaimers, and governing law).

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee interview outcomes or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceTheRound and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.

Our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £100.

You agree to defend and indemnify AceTheRound against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. We will post changes here and update the effective date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
